We have today commenced a refurbishment and change of use project on 12/16 Corporation St in the heart of the Bolton town centre and opposite the Market Place.
We are creating four new 1 bedroom apartments with ground floor access from Corporation St, in addition to a fully refurbished ground floor retail unit with huge new shop front.
Completion is 27th May 2024.
