Our company has always had significant interests in Bolton Town Centre, none more so than today. We’re still buying and have ultimate faith that the town is on its way to providing an attractive environment to live, work and play for generations to come. With the £1.5Bn town centre masterplan continuing to progress we’re delighted with the proposed £100M scheme on the site of the Crompton Place Shopping Centre, named Bolton Victoria Square, published in the Bolton News today. Although not a development of our own, we feel the space integrates with the town and with good sector proportions for tomorrow’s demand this scheme will attract further high quality occupiers and operators to the town. The Bolton Works concept pictured above on the right hand side is a proven winner and our town can pull it off. Onwards and upwards!
