Wow, with the benefit of four glorious sunny days over the August Bank Holiday our beloved annual Food & Drink Festival was a smash hit. Breaking attendance records in welcoming over 400,000 people to Bolton Town Centre the festival again proved to be a highlight on the Bolton calendar. With our apartments all full and our retail tenants trading well we’re delighted to see the town buzzing with excitement.
