We have announced the recent completion of a new office letting at our flagship 60,000 sq ft Grade A office building, 120 Bark Street, in Bolton Town Centre. The 3,500 sq ft letting to 4Sight Imaging is the latest occupier to relocate to the building following the refurbishment of the space last year. Relocating from out of town 4Sight Imaging are a successful local business looking to expand in 120 Bark Street.
