Having only commenced the full refurbishment and change of use project of this building during August this year we’re pleased to see the grand opening of the 02 store on Market Street, Bolton today. We have worked closely with 02 over the past months to ensure they hit their target opening date, and we managed to beat that by 1 week. With phase 1 now complete, the upper floor apartments are only a few weeks from being finished. We really like the contrast of facades to our building next door occupied by Sally Salon.
